My boyfriend and I have recently been going to Pancho's for dinner since it's a quick, easy, and reliable option. Their burritos and quesadillas are tasty--nothing life-changing, but they hit the spot and satisfy your hunger while still being flavorful. The staff is friendly and efficient, and orders come out quickly. There's usually plenty of seating, so it never feels too loud, and we can still have a conversation even with the background music. The setup is very self-serve and self-clean, but I don't mind the minimal interaction. Plus, not having to wait in a long line makes the experience even better.
I got the steak fajita burrito. Steak was well seasoned and flavorful and fajita peppers had a good crunch. Solid burrito nothing out of this world.
Delicious, fresh, fast. This is a good, casual place. I've been here a few times and the food is very good. Service is friendly and efficient. The horchata is excellent. I like that salsa bar is in the name of this place because they do have a little salsa bar. Two each of mild, medium and spicy salsa options. I really enjoy salsa so I like the fact that you can add as much or as little as you'd like to your dish.
Pancho's is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in San Francisco. The restaurant is bright and has great decorations. Service is good and efficient. All the meals come with chips and the salsa bar is fun. We always order the special Barria tacos or quesadillas. The slow cooked beef is so tender and the sauce is very deep and flavorful. You want to put it on everything. And the burritos and fajitas are also excellent choices. You definitely get your money's worth. It is a lovely restaurant to have a simple lunch or dinner.
I love Pancho's food. I love the workers. I don't like the double taxation - the city sales tax and the service fee tax. The latter is alleged to be a boost to the worker's wages. It the money really going there? I don't want to pay a service fee. Just raise the price of the food. I don't know wlat else to say.
Found this place while in the city. Had the nachos. They were delicious. My husband had the borracho burrito. He enjoyed that as well. Restaurant is cute and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
Great service, amazing tacos birria, excellent salsa bar. Will come back. Recommended.
